At PMI Spruce Tree, we specialize in residential property management in the Eastern Massachusetts area. Rachael Kasper, the owner/operator is a property manager for Property Management Inc., which has hundreds of property management locations across the country. PMI Spruce Tree is focused on providing you with an excellent experience, from customer service, to offering apps and software to simplify your experience, to setting and following standards that help pass savings onto property owners, and finally on solutioning any issues you may be experiencing at your properties. We are here to team up and help!
Owned and operated by Rachael Kasper. Rachael’s overall experience with IT and Property Management work together to provide you with up-to-date technology options along with an overall fantastic experience in managing your properties. As a PMI Franchise owner, Rachael has the backed experience of a proven system, that will come together with her extensive customer facing background to create a business relationship you will cherish.
Rachael has a bachelor’s degree from UMASS Amherst, and is working on her master’s degree at UMASS Dartmouth. She also has 3 Microsoft Certifications, MCP, MCSA, & MCSE.
In addition to being a lifelong learner, she enjoys working in her yard, traveling, cooking and spending time with her family and pets (2 dogs, a parrot, and 2 cats). She has a husband and 2 grown children who are attending college.
